Nutrition and eating has become incredibly confusing lately! Should you go on a keto diet? Are you “allowed” to have 3 meals or should you skip breakfast? How do you pick the best yogurt at the grocery store when you have so many options? How do you eat to fuel your sport or activity? How do I begin to understand all of this and make healthy meals while I am so busy? The questions are endless and this can become incredibly overwhelming!
Katie will help you navigate through all of this. She will be there to help you develop a holistic, personalized plan to meet your nutrition goals and support your lifestyle.
Diagnosed with Celiac disease at the age of 16,
cooking and experimenting with food became a passion. She learned how to create simple, nutritious meals and loves teaching others how food can help them feel their best. From her own journey following her Celiac diagnosis, Katie has great experience working through gastrointestinal (GI) challenges including nutrition around Celiac disease, food intolerances, and bowel concerns. Ensuring your meals stay simple, delicious, and make your body feel good is one of Katie’s favourite niches to focus on.

With her background as a National level gymnast,
college level volleyball player, and qualified Team Canada Triathlete member, Katie specializes in sports nutrition and teaching patients how to properly fuel their training and body. It’s amazing to see how much stronger, faster, and overall healthier athletes can get with a nutrition plan that supports their training and goals.
Women’s Health and Nutrition
She has 6 years experience in outpatient counselling
where she supports patients in improving their relationship with food, works with women going through peri- and post menopause and helps individuals navigate a wide range of other chronic health conditions. Her approach is to provide the most individual and personalized plan to support each patient’s unique health needs, lifestyle, and goals. Katie is here to help you balance all of your nutrition goals while making sure to save room for a few slices of chocolate cake.
