Performance nutrition goes far beyond a few calculations and a meal plan. With sports nutrition, we will dive into a full assessment including a detailed evaluation of your current diet and a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your individual needs, goals, and training regimen. You will become confident in how to fuel your body for your training, learn eating strategies to optimize your recovery, as well as understand which vitamins and supplements are appropriate for your needs.
Celiac Disease and Digestive Health
Katie has provided nutrition education and consulting to clients with a range of gastrointestinal (GI) conditions including: IBS, Celiac Disease, food allergies, food intolerances, and Inflammatory Bowel Disease including Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. Together we will strive to help you find solutions to address symptoms and eat for optimal digestive health. We will review your digestive history, create a detailed food and symptom journal, and discuss lifestyle habits such as sleep, stress, and physical activity to create a plan that will move you towards better health.

Fertility Nutrition & the Mediterranean Diet
Discover how to optimize your chances through dietary changes to support your fertility journey. Whether you’re trying to conceive naturally, part of the LGBTQ+ community preparing for your fertility journey, looking to enhance sperm quality, preparing for IVF or IUI, or currently undergoing treatment, your chances of becoming pregnant can be enhanced through customized nutrition. PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) is a common hormonal condition in women and one of the leading causes of infertility which we can address and support with dietary changes as well. Education on a Mediterranean Diet and how to shift your eating habits towards this will support your fertility and be incorporated in the plan.

The initial appointment will include a full assessment and detailed evaluation of your current food intake. Recommendations will be provided based on food journals, medical and nutrition history, and pertinent lab work/test results. Together we will develop a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your individual needs, goals, and training regimen.

Together we assess whether you are meeting your nutrition goals and address any obstacles you have encountered. Follow-up appointments are provided and recommended for ongoing nutrition education, accountability, and to develop your nutrition program further.

This is not your cookie-cutter meal plan. After completing an initial appointment, Katie will develop and provide a 3 day menu and meal planning personalized to the meals and foods you enjoy and currently eat while balancing your nutrition to meet your goals, individual needs and lifestyle . Education on healthier cooking and/or recipe modification will be provided. Must book an initial consultation first.
